Oatlands Golf Club is one of Sydney's premier function venues. We offer a range of facilities and services to make your next event a truly memorable one.

Amadeus catering are our on-site contracted caterers, and hold a gold catering licence. We can be very flexible in creating a menu to suit your individual tastes and budget, so if there are particular dishes you require or have special dietary requirements please don't hesitate to ask. All of the links to the following menus are located at the bottom of the page.
Our buffet styled menus are served with our Catering staff on hand to guide your guests through the menu. If you would like to mix between the different menus, we can be very flexible to tailor a menu to your specific tastes and budget.
The Entrée, Main and Dessert Menus are served alternately with a third option available for any dietary requirements you may have (C for Celiac & V for Vegetarian). Complimentary tastings of selected dishes are available upon request.
All menus include tea and filtered coffee, full service, white or black tablecloths and coloured napkins of your choice.
Our venue is also perfect for cocktail style events, and in this instance we have island bar tables and lounges available. We also offer or Members Lounge for these type of events on most evenings with boasts stunning views over our flood lit golf course.

Our beverage packages start from $19.00 per person for a 3 hour duration and include full wait service. Further details are in the document below. Complimentary tasting of our selection of wines is offered to match your chosen menu.
We would be most happy to provide assistance to you in regards to the organisation of music and audiovisual equipment for your event. Our room includes a recently renovated P/A system with wireless microphone and amplifier for CD or I-Pod Input. Alternatively we can arrange a DJ ($450.00) or Jukebox ($250.00) for the event.
We would be most please to arrange appropriate decorations for you such as balloon or flower arrangements and chair covers, or you may wish to organise these yourself. Prices are available on application.
Our venue Room Hire is charged as follows:
$400.00 for the first 5 hours of duration up to 12 Midnight, 7 days.
$100 per hour thereafter
