Room hire: We offer you five (5) hours for your reception with an extra half hour grace for guests to leave
Menu: Your choice of a three (3) course menu (alternate serve attracts an additional charge per person), prepared by the Club’s award winning head chef. Includes, canapés on arrival, fresh bread roll, tea/coffee & cake service
Beverages: Included in the package are:
- McWilliams Select Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
- McWilliams Select Cabernet Merlot
- Barwang Pinot Noir Chardonnay Sparkling Wine
- Draught Beer including, Victoria Bitter, Carlton Draught, Pure Blonde, Coopers Pale Ale & Coopers Light
- Full selection of tap and packaged soft drinks
Event management: Assistance with the event co-ordination from the initial inquiry right through to the close of the event
Service: Our friendly staff will accommodate your every need with full tray and table service for the duration of your reception
Decorations: Elegant diagonal ceiling draping with fairy lights is included
Bookings: Must be confirmed using the attached booking form
Minimum numbers: Minimum of 40 guests.
